Policy

  1. All orders will take up to three (3) days to be processed prior to the order being shipped in the mail. A tracking number will be sent to you at the email provided during checkout.  The Black Collective is not responsible for any delays due to carrier.
  2. There are no refunds or cancellations once an item is purchased. Purchased items are eligible for store credit within seven (7) days after delivery is received.  Discounted items are FINAL SALE. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
